A Makeup Haul #4

Hi Beauties,

Welcome back to another blog post! I wanted to start this post by saying sorry for missing last week’s post. I am currently in week 5 of who knows how many weeks in lockdown and I didn’t feel up to posting last week. But I am back now and ready to share my little hail with you guys. If you want to see what goodies I picked up online recently, then keep on reading.

My first stop was Sephora and I knew I wanted to test out some goodies from Youth To The People. I decided to pick up the Glow To Sleep bundle as the products really spoke to me. This bundle comes with the Dream Eye Cream (with ingredients like vitamin c, goji stem cell and hyaluronic acid) and the Superberry Hydrate + Glow Dream Mask (which has ingredients like vitamin c, hyaluronic acid and squalane). I haven’t tried anything from this brand before but I have heard some amazing things about them. I will definitely start incorporating these products into my skincare routine soon so I will keep you posted on them.

Next up I knew I needed to repurchase some form of sunscreen for my face, so I went with my much loved Clean Screen Fragrance Free Weightless Sensitive Skinscreen from Ultra Violette. I have a review on the mini version of this product (which you can find here) where I talk about what I loved about this product and others from them. I know I will get great use out of this and hopefully now I won’t forget my sunscreen every morning!

Lastly, I picked up the new Tarte Cosmetics Shape Tape Ultra Creamy Concealer in a mini size. I love their original Shape Tape concealer, and knew I had to try out this ultra creamy version. I think I will like this one even more as sometimes I find the OG Shape Tape slightly drying under my eyes. Stay tuned for a full review coming your way real soon!

Apparently one online shop wasn’t enough, and I jumped on over to Mecca! The main reason for this shop was so that I could finally purchase a brand new Ambient Lighting Bronzer from Hourglass. I have a face palette from them and the bronzer has hit some pretty serious pan, so I knew I had to buy a new one before I ran out completely. This is my go-to everyday bronzer as I love how it looks on my naturally pale skin. I will jump into this once my other one is completely used up. So for now, this is going in my ‘backup’ section.

Next I had a little look at the skincare sets section of Mecca.com and found a beautiful set of Kylie Skin goodies. I haven’t tried anything from Kylie’s brands, so I jumped at the chance to finally purchase something. This 4-Piece Mini Travel Set comes with a Foaming Face Wash, Face Moisturizer, Vitamin C Serum and Vanilla Milk Toner. I still have a few other skincare goodies in my collection to use up before these can get put to the test, but you will be seeing a full review sometime in the near future!

Finally, the main drive behind my Mecca order, I received my L1 Beauty Loop Box. I had skipped receiving these in the past as being only a Level 1 member, the products we get weren’t really super exciting. But this time, something was pushing me to get it. In this Beauty Loop Box I received a Hand Cleansing Gel from Merci Handy, a sample of the Living Luminizer from RMS Beauty, the Calendula Herbal-Extract Toner from Kiehl’s and a Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick from Stila in the shade Beso. I have had the Liquid Lipstick in the past and I absolutely loved the shade so I was very excited to receive it again. These little goodies will definitely get a workout from me so it is safe to say I am happy with the products I received in this Beauty Loop Box.

What beauty products have you picked up recently? Make sure you leave me a comment and let me know 🙂

That’s all for now Beauties!
