Recently Morphe released a brand new range in collaboration with Sour Patch Kids. As someone who is a sucker for sour/sugar lollies I knew I had to get my hands on some products in this range (plus that gave me an excuse to buy some sour patch kids, for props of course!). I have never tried any makeup from Morphe, so I took it as a great opportunity to put them to the test also. So, if you want to hear more about this range, and see what I picked up, then please keep on reading.
The first thing I added to my cart was the Morphe x Sour Patch Kids Candy Sweet Lip Scrub in Red Berry. Lip care is something I am very passionate about. I will never be caught dead with dry lips (mainly because I hate how that feels), so a lip scrub is right up my alley. This no is meant to exfoliate, condition and keep your lips feeling super smooth. It also has the Red Berry Sour Patch Kids flavour which I am obsessed with. The collection also comes with a Blue Raspberry flavour, but I figured just one lip scrub was enough for me.
Next I picked up the Morphe x Sour Patch Kids Pucker Party Lip Gloss which is in the shade Watermelon Sparkle. This scent/shade is so beautiful and I have already been wearing this around the house simply because I am obsessed with the smell of it! This lip gloss is meant to be a high-shine finish with sparkles throughout and come in a formula that is never sticky. So far, just by wearing it around the house, this claim seems to be true. Besides the scent, I love the fact that the sparkle within this gloss isn’t gritty on the lips. That’s a big bonus in my books.
When I saw that they were releasing a Continuous Setting Mist as part of this collection I knew I had to get it. Morphe’s setting spray is one of my all time favourites, especially in the summertime as it really refreshes my makeup. Unlike the original, this mist comes in a Watermelon Slice scent. I am sure you are sick of hearing how obsessed I am with this type of scent, but it’s just so beautiful and I wish I could smell it all day long. This micro-fine mist sets liquid or powder makeup leaving your skin with a radiant finish. The continuous, air-powered spray delivers even and controlled application also.
And finally, the main reason for my excitement around this collection, the Morphe x Sour Patch Kids Sour Then Sweet Artistry Palette. This 18 pan palette has everything from bright hues to fun-filled sparkle. I am a sucker for bright and colourful palettes at the moment, so I just know that if the quality is there, this palette will be getting a big workout in my collection! I love that they have included black, brown and bone shades to help with creating super smoked out looks.

That’s all for now Beauties!
